ADHD Coaching Services

As a certified coach, I work with teens and adults who have ADHD or ADHD-like symptoms who want to learn how to embrace their ADHD, overcome challenges that have been holding them back and finally get sh*t done!

What is ADHD coaching?

ADHD coaching is tailored to those with ADHD or ADHD-like symptoms. In coaching, the focus is on helping you to overcome challenges, brought on by your ADHD and learn how to set goals with clear and realistic ways to reach them.

In coaching you can expect to:

  • Improve your self-awareness
  • Learn to recognize and embrace your ADHD
  • Learn how to set in place boundaries with yourself and others (to help avoid burnout!)
  • Learn how to finally take control over your symptoms and become to person you know you can be and much more!

What can you expect in a coaching session?

As a coach, my role is to help you in recognizing patterns, establishing a health belief system and to find individualized and creative solutions to work with your ADHD as opposed to against it. Sessions are 50 minutes long and include:

  • Discussing the topic of your choice
  • Identifying your goals, whether it be your goal for that particular session a long term goal
  • Discuss various barriers that may be in your way and find solutions
  • Follow up on any action steps you made in the previous session
  • Set new action steps & a plan of how you'll get them done. - with ADHD coaching, we make sure you know what you're doing and when before leaving!

  • Six 50-minute coaching calls
  • We take a deep dive into your goals
  • Includes 1 free accountability check-in per week (via text)
  • Sessions typically scheduled 1x/week to ensure progress
  • Useful if you want to start to make concrete changes
